Great dancers don't just know the steps—they understand how to move between them.

What you'll explore

To understand samba, we must also understand where it comes from.

Drawing from over two decades of study with renowned Brazilian masters, Adrianna shares the movement principles, rhythms, traditions, and cultural knowledge that continue to shape samba today. Together, you'll explore Orixá-inspired movement, Afro-Brazilian dance vocabulary, musicality, and the rich history that lives within the dance.
