Passista Training Program
Passista Training Program
Passista Program
Train Like in Brazil
The Passista Program is a high-level training experience designed for dancers who are ready to take their samba to the next level.
This is where you move beyond foundation and step into the discipline, energy, and intensity of how samba is trained in Brazil.
It’s not about learning choreography.
It’s about building the strength, stamina, and presence required to fully embody the dance.
A Different Kind of Training
This program is inspired by the way passistas train in Brazil—through repetition, conditioning, musical immersion, and real-time experience with the dance.
You’ll train through:
Body conditioning to support strength and endurance
Samba in heels to develop control, balance, and performance quality
Outdoor training to build stamina and adaptability
Moments with live bateria, connecting you directly to the rhythm and energy of samba
This is where the dance becomes alive in your body.
